HANOVERTON, Ohio - The historic Spread Eagle Tavern and Inn has named a Columbiana County native as its new director of operations, ahead of its 35th anniversary.

Following the retirement of the restaurant and inn's long-time front-of-the-house manager, Julie Miller, it has named Collin Kinsey to manage the facility. Kinsey was born and raised in Wellsville and has recently returned to the area with his family, the business added in its announcement.

Kinsey will work alongside the team's Executive Chef Keith Cummings to continue prioritizing "customer satisfaction, staff development and operational excellence," owner David Johnson said in the announcement.

This October marks the 35th year the Spread Eagle has been in business and Johnson said his team looks forward to upholding a high standard of hospitality and accommodations, with Kinsey at the helm.
