WARREN A Warren man who pled guilty in an infant overdose case has learned his fate.
According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 28-year-old Rashod Bradley was sentenced to 18 months in prison on a felony charge of tampering with evidence, as well as a misdemeanor assault charge.
Bradley pled guilty to these charges in July.
The charges stem from an incident in January of 2025 where an 18-month-old child got into a batch of fentanyl left out in the open in a Howland home. The child was taken to the hospital and has since recovered.
During his sentencing, Bradley admitted to Judge Ronald Rice that he planned on selling the fentanyl in the home.
