2000: The owners of Physicians Dialysis Center in Youngstown say they are searching for clues as to why 21 patients fell ill during dialysis. One has died.
Youngstown Law Director Robert Bush Jr. says Youngstown's City Charter prohibits council from taking direct control of the $28 million downtown arena project. A compromise to give council some oversight is in the works.
