Third man federally charged in connection to deadly August shooting at Warren convenience store

WARREN, Ohio - A third man has been charged in connection to the deadly shooting at a Warren convenience store in August.
According to the release, a federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging 37-year-old Sean King with being a felon in possession of ammunition.
King was previously convicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute crack, fentanyl and heroin in 2022.
The August 3 shooting at Convenient Food Mart killed 31-year-old David Lee Owens III and left another man injured.
According to court documents, the shooting happened after a dice game on the walkway just outside of the door to the store. A fight broke out shortly after leading to a mass shooting incident in the parking lot between multiple people.
Savion Woodall has been charged with Owens' murder.
Two other men have been federally charged in connection to the shooting.
Jumal Rowe, 32, is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was previously convicted of trafficking and possession of cocaine. Rayjon Ray McElroy, 25, faces a possession of ammunition charge for a previous conviction of domestic violence.
Each defendant faces up to 15 years in federal prison.
