HOWLAND A stretch of Mines Road in Howland Township is scheduled to close beginning Monday, October 6.

Mines Road will be closed between State Route 46 (Niles-Cortland Road) and Johnny Cake Road from Monday, October 6 until Friday, November 14 for road improvements.

During the closure, drivers will be detoured southbound on SR-46, westbound on U.S. Route 422 and northbound on Shaker Boulevard.
