True North officially moves to East Liverpool, tech jobs on horizon

EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - True North officially cut the ribbon on its new home-base in East Liverpool today.
After announcing its partnership with JobsOhio and the city one year ago, the West Virginia company has officially moved into its newly renovated space.
The "high-tech business firm" has been a key part in the revitalization of downtown East Liverpool's BOSS building. The $1.8 million project was also supported by a $700,000 Vibrant Communities Grant. JobsOhio's Vibrant Communities Grant seeks to incentivize economic growth in "distressed communities" through revitalization funding for businesses interested in relocating.
True North says it has plans for growth once the company settles into its new corporate headquarters; it is set to add 25 more "high-tech jobs" by the end of 2028.
The company, founded in 2012, specializes in accounting, medical billing, consulting and revenue cycle management across 43 states.
"This headquarters is more than an office, it's a commitment to East Liverpool’s future. By building here, with local partners, we’re demonstrating what’s possible when businesses and communities invest in one another," Charles Bailey, owner & CEO of True North said in a statement.
JobsOhio added that True North's investment and focus on growth will "bring vibrancy" to downtown East Liverpool.
“True North recognizes what so many other companies already know. Ohio is the place to elevate your business and create new opportunities,” JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef said.
