YOUNGSTOWN A Youngstown woman has won the $100,000 top prize on an Ohio Lottery scratch-off game, according to a news release.

The winner's story is described in the release as standing inside of Circle K #5330, located at 1821 Mahoning Avenue in Youngstown, where she purchased a "Win Big" ticket and scratched it.

Upon being scanned, the ticket was confirmed to be a $100,000 winner.

"I was in shock. I'm still in shock," said the woman.

The winner will receive $72,000 after state and federal taxes, totaling 28%, are accounted for.

According to the release, the winner intends to use the winnings to buy a car, get new furniture and pay bills.

"Win Big" is a $5 scratch-off with a top prize of $100,000. As of October 1, there are two top prizes left in the game.
