Bond hearing today for Austintown woman accused of fleeing police, crashing into pole

NILES An Austintown woman wanted for arson remained in the Trumbull County Jail on $200,000 bond early Wednesday after authorities say she led police on a chase that ended in a crash.
A bail bondsman told Niles Police late Monday that a woman spotted driving an SUV in the city had a warrant for her arrest on an arson charge.
A Niles city patrol car caught up with the SUV near the intersection of Routes 422 and 46 around midnight and gave chase.
The two-and-a-half-mile-long pursuit ended when the SUV crashed into a utility pole at Wood Avenue and Mahoning Avenue SE.
The fire department was called to remove the driver, identified as 32-year-old Victoria Dobroka, from the car. She was taken to St. Joseph Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The city light department was called out to repair the pole, which had snapped.
She was arraigned on a charge of fleeing and eluding police in Niles Municipal Court on Tuesday morning, where her bond was set at $200,000. She's due back in court on October 15.
The arson charge stems from an incident in March in Warren. Dobroka was indicted in May by the Trumbull County Grand.
A warrant for her arrest was issued in August when she failed to appear for a court hearing.
Judge Cynthia Wescott Rice has scheduled a Wednesday bond forfeiture hearing in the arson case
