LIBERTY Two people were hospitalized following a traffic accident that snarled traffic along Route 711 in Liberty Township early Tuesday.

A crossover SUV ended up in the grassy median at around 7:30 a.m., just north of where the highway splits off onto Interstate 80.

The Ohio Department of Transportation says that the right lane of State Route 711 was blocked but has since reopened.

Dispatchers say two people were taken to a hospital. 21 News is working to learn their condition and how the crash happened.

State Troopers and Liberty Firefighters were on the scene.
