Sharon woman faces arraignment in connection with boyfriend's murder

SHARON A woman in Sharon will face a formal arraignment in December following an arrest made in alleged connection with a July 18 homicide in the city of Sharon.
34-year-old Paisley Jamgochian, also known as Paisley Conover, was arrested and charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault in alleged connection with an incident in July that led to the death of Andrew Rada.
According to a police report outlining the incident, police were called to the hospital on July 6 after Rada was taken there with a severe head wound.
Police at the hospital spoke to his girlfriend, Jamgochian.
Jamgochian reportedly told police that Rada was recently "jumped" by a group of individuals who struck him with a glass object.
She said that the attack happened in the 700 block of Baldwin Avenue in Sharon.
Officers followed a blood trail to the house where Rada and Jamgochian were living, just down the street in the 800 block of the area.
Rada was flown to the hospital, but later died of his injuries.
According to the report, after Rada's death, Jamgochian is alleged to have made conflicting statements and was unable to explain to officers how shards of glass were located outside of the house and in the bushes.
Additionally, Rada's family and friends told officers that Jamgochian was allegedly "very aggressive and very abusive" to him.
Jamgochian is set to be formally arraigned on charges being held for court in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas on December 16 at 9 a.m. at the Mercer County Courthouse.
