Two of the city of Hubbard's busiest roads are about to be more congested, with planned lane closures starting Monday.
The Hubbard Police Department is advising drivers to avoid the center of town along U.S. Route 62 and State Route 7, beginning Monday, October 20, for a gas line replacement project.
Traffic is expected to be slow and congested throughout the duration of the work, according to the release, and drivers are asked to take alternate routes and allow for extra travel time.
Businesses in the downtown area will be open and accessible to vehicle traffic through construction.
The project's completion date is expected by early December.
