WARREN Ahead of the 2025 Halloween Parade, some roads in Warren will be closed to allow for a clear parade route.

The parade is scheduled for Sunday, October 26, beginning at 2 p.m. Line-up for parade participants will begin at 1 p.m. at Perkins Park.

According to a news release, several City of Warren roads will close on Sunday along the route of the parade. The closures will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 4 p.m.

Additionally, vehicles present on city roads, including on South and Perkins Drive NW, must be removed by 11 a.m. on Sunday or be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

The parade will follow the following route:

  • Corner of South Perkins Drive Northwest and Mahoning Avenue
  • Turning left onto East Market Street
  • Left onto North Park Avenue
  • Left onto High Street
  • Right onto Harmon Avenue
  • Disband on Monroe Street
