Youngstown Symphony Orchestra announces 2025-26 season

YOUNGSTOWN The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra (YSO) announced the details of its 2025-26 season.
The season kicks off Monday, December 22, and will be the first season under the direction of new Music Director Erik Ochsner. The season will consist of four different performances.
The first performance, "Home for the Holidays," will take place December 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Stambaugh Auditorium. The performance will feature soprano Amanda Beagle, who will provide vocals over beloved holiday classics performed by the Orchestra.
The second show will take place Sunday, January 25 at 2:30 p.m. and will feature Maestro Orchsner conducting Hector Berlioz's "Symphonie Fantastique."
Meanwhile, pianist and vocalist Tony Desare will join YSO on Friday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. for "Sinatra & Beyond," which pays tribute to singer Frank Sinatra with renditions of his classic hits including "Come Fly with Me," "I've Got the World on a String" and "My Way."
Finally, on Friday, May 15 at 7:30 p.m., YSO will perform "The Inextinguishable" featuring Carl Nielsen's Symphony No. 4.
Past season subscribers will have the first opportunity to renew their seats and purchasing memberships beginning Wednesday, October 29 through the box office.
From there, membership packages and individual tickets will be available to the general public starting Friday, October 31. Membership starts at $120 per year. Individual ticket prices range from $20 to $65 each plus fees.
