Today is the final day for voters in Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties to take action ahead of tomorrow's November 4 general election.

The period for early in-person voting and absentee voting has concluded. Early voting for Ohioans began on Tuesday, October 7, and officially concluded yesterday, Sunday, November 2.

Election Day Information

When: Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4.

Poll Hours: Polls in all three counties will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Where to Vote: Voters must cast their ballot at their assigned polling location on Election Day.

Voter Registration and Early Voting Applications

Voter registration for this election closed weeks ago. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot by mail also passed before this date.

Voting Election Day Identification Requirement

In-person voters must show photo identification.

Acceptable photo IDs include an Ohio driver’s license or state ID card, U.S. passport or passport card, or a U.S. military or Veterans Affairs ID card.

Voters without a photo ID may cast a provisional ballot or fill out an absentee ballot application to receive a ballot by mail (though the deadline to return an absentee ballot has passed).

Returning Absentee Ballots

For voters who have an outstanding absentee ballot, your ballot must be postmarked by today, November 3, or delivered in person to the County Board of Elections office by the close of the polls at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, November 4.

Drop boxes are available 24 hours a day, monitored at the front entrance of each Board of Elections office for all election-related materials.
