Authorities have arrested two men wanted on aggravated murder and murder charges related to a fatal shooting in East Liverpool in 2021.

Curtis Holland, 29, and Travis Kidder, 25, were taken into custody Thursday morning in connection with the death of Brycen Douglas, 20. Douglas was shot on July 15, 2021, on the front porch of a home on Pennsylvania Avenue in East Liverpool.

The arrests were made in East Liverpool by members of the U.S. Marshals Service's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office. Holland was arrested at a home on Hollywood Avenue, and Kidder was arrested at a home on Bradshaw Avenue.

Both men were indicted by a Columbiana County Grand Jury on charges including aggravated murder, murder, and weapons offenses. They are currently being held at the Columbiana County jail.

Two other men have already been convicted in connection with this crime.

Elvin "EJ" Tisdale, 33, of Newell, West Virginia, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in June.

Allen Tisdale, 25, of East Liverpool, is serving more than 10 years in prison for his involvement.
