YOUNGSTOWN Reports of large crowds and noise brought Youngstown Police to an eastside bar twice over the weekend.

Just after 4 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Levels Sports Bar at 2139 Hubbard Road to investigate a report of a “Large Crowd.” Officers say they saw several cars double-parked on the street, in the bar's parking lot, and on the grass across the street.

The bar is at the corner of Hubbard Road and Avon Street, which is a residential neighborhood.

According to the officer's report, police had received four complaints that morning. The report noted that officers are called almost every weekend for issues related to large crowds, numerous cars, and loud music. The bar's owner had reportedly been warned several times.

The report states that Levels has a maximum capacity of 99 occupants, but officers say there were more than that number at the bar.

The report also notes that although the bar holds a liquor license until 2:30 a.m., it stays open until 5 a.m., disturbing the peace in the area.
