GIRARD The Girard Water Department issued a boil alert on Monday for all residents of Squaw Creek and Seneca Woods, according to a news release.

The release states that the water will be off for a few hours and that the boil alert should last for two days. 

The department is asking residents affected to flush their lines to remove any air, as there is a section of the line being replaced.
