CANFIELD The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a late-night crash on the Ohio Turnpike in Canfield.

A rescue squad from the Cardinal Joint Fire District was called out before midnight for the accident along the westbound lanes of the toll road near the Turner Road overpass.

A car had crashed into a guardrail, heavily damaging the front of the vehicle and deploying the airbags.

Investigators tell 21 News that no one was seriously injured.
