THROUGH DECEMBER 24
- Photos with Santa at the Mall, Eastwood Mall, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road, Niles. Hours through Nov. 28, noon to 7 p.m.; Saturday hours, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday noon to 6 p.m.; Dec. 1 through Dec. 24, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Prices are $20 to $50.
THROUGH DECEMBER 31
- 17th annual Memories of Christmas Past, The Arms Family Museum, 648 Wick Avenue, Youngstown. The exhibit transforms the historic home into a holiday wonderland, with museum hours open 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Admission includes same-day entry to the Tyler History Center and is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors age 60 and over and college students with a valid ID, $8 for children under 18, and free for children under three, active duty military members and veterans with a valid ID.
DECEMBER 4
- Artificial Holiday Tree Donation Drive, 34 N. Phelps Street, Youngstown. Donated trees will be displayed during the holiday parade on December 5th before being given to approved recipients on December 6.
- Snowman Paint and Sip, 6 p.m., The Medici Museum of Art, 9350 E. Market St, $15 per person.
- 5th Annual Tunes for Toys for Tots Karaoke Competition. Birdfish Brewery, a, $500 Grand Prize. A judged competition giving away a $500 Birdfish Gift Card, partnering with Jacob’s Heart to collect new toys and gifts for the children staying at Akron Children’s Hospital Beeghly Boardman Campus over the holidays. - Free Christmas Community Dinner, 1180 S. Raccoon Rd, Austintown. Austintown Baptist Church is hosting a free community dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., with doors open at 4 p.m. All are welcome to come to the dinner. There will be no carry-out food available.
DECEMBER 4-7
- The Joy of Christmas Light Show, 298 East Park Avenue, Columbiana. Cost is $20 per vehicle, or $40 for a season pass. The event offers sparkling displays, Christmas cookies, hot cocoa, and other treats, hosted by local non-profits at Santa’s Ice Castle; also get a photo with Santa.
DECEMBER 5
- Youngstown Holiday Parade. Christmas Tree Lighting, and Flea on Phelps: Downtown Youngstown on the Square. Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with vendors at the Flea, with the Holiday Parade at 6 p.m., followed by the Christmas Tree lighting immediately following. OH WOW! Children's Center for Science & Technology will be free admission, open 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Santa's Workshop on the third floor of OH WOW! will be open for children to take pictures with Santa.
- Christmas in the Air, 7 p.m., Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 5th Avenue, Youngstown. A Snow Globe comes to life with singing and dancing. Tickets are $31.50 to $70 each.
- Mercer County Food Bank's Bingo Lingo, 5 p.m.-9 p.m., St. Batholomew Church in Sharpsville. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here. A fresh spin on fundraising that blends music, games, and community spirit.
- A Vision of Advent Improvisation Concert by Carlo Massimo at 6:30 pm at the Cathedral of St. Columba. Come hear the U.S. debut performance by Carlo Massimo. Free event, open to the public.
- Holiday Happenings Craft & Vendor Show, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Quaker Hall, 1688 S. Lincoln Ave, Salem.
- Freightyard Christkindl Market, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., 1588 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown. European-themed market features holiday shopping with local vendors, food, and European-style dishes, with carolers and Santa.
- 13 Annual McKinley Christmas, 12 - 4 p.m., McKinley Birthplace Home, 40 S. Main St, Niles.
- Christmas at the White House: Dinner Theater Experience, 5 p.m., Peter Allen Inn & Event Center, 8581 State St, Kinsman, $69 per person, includes dinner and show.
- It Must Be Christmas: An Acoustic Evening with Chris Young, 7:30 p.m., Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave NW, Warren.
- Christmas in the Courtyard Vendor Show, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., 645 E. State Road, Salem. Vendors selling Christmas gifts, treats and holiday goodies.
DECEMBER 6-7
- Garwood's Arena's Country Christmas, Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. 2538 Middleton Road, Columbiana. Vendors will be selling holiday crafts and gifts, treats, and pictures with Santa, and a door prize giveaway each day. Garwood Grill is open, serving its full menu.
- Ballet Western Reserve's Nutcracker, Saturday 7 p.m.; Sunday 2:30 p.m. DeYor Performing Arts Center, 260 West Federal Street, Youngstown. A live orchestra and a cast of dancers bring the timeless tale to life. Tickets are $27 to $42 each.
DECEMBER 7
- Holiday Market at Birdfish, 1 p.m., 140 E. Park Ave, Columbiana. Local vendors will have holiday gifts for purchase.
- Polymer Clay Gift Workshop, 1 p.m., The Medici Museum of Art, 9350 E. Market St., $15
- Tea with Santa and the Grinch, 12 p.m. - 2 p.m., Piccadilly Parlour Victorian Tea Room, 114 South Broad Street, Canfield, $23 each, reservations required.
- Community Christmas, Lariccia Commenty Center at Boardman Township Park, 3 pm to 5 pm. 375 Boardman Poland Road, Boardman. Free hot chocolate, fire pits with holiday crafts and games for kids.
- Community Christmas Concert, 4 p.m., Westminster Presbyterian Church, 119 Stadium Dr., Boardman. The performance will feature a "joyful mix of seasonal favorites and traditional holiday selections." Free to the public.

- Craft & Vendor Show at the Acres, brunch with Santa, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., 6885 State Route 45, Lisbon. Free admission to the craft show. Bruch requires a reservation by calling 330-870-4254. For those three and under, free; ages 4-10, $7 each; ages 11 and up, $12 each.
- Holiday Lights at Lanterman's Mill, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Lanterman's Mill, 980 Canfield Rd., Youngstown. Come see the free event at the historic mill, decorated for the holidays, and enjoy chestnuts, festive entertainment, and handcrafted holiday gifts. Holiday concession stand with treats available for purchase.
- Christmas Market, 523 E. Market Street, Warren. 10 am to 3 pm. Free holiday market, with photos with Santa.
- FAONEO (Filipino American Organization of North East Ohio) Christmas Party, 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., Ciminero's Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main Street, Niles. Need to RSVP by November 30. $40 per person for non-members, up to 11 years old free. Food, fun, and music with games for kids.

- Christmas on the Farm, White House Fruit Farm, 9249 State Route 62, Green Township. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Horse-drawn trolley ride ($5 per person), weather permitting, shop for Christmas gifts in the Winter Gift Barn, hot chocolate and coffee available at Coze and roast hot dogs and smores over a fire.
