WEST FARMINGTON, Ohio - A West Farmington man who recently pled guilty to an OVI crash with a scooter has learned his fate on Monday.
According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 68-year-old Dale Hudson was sentenced to three years of probation on a felony charge of aggravated vehicular assault and a misdemeanor charge of OVI.
The charges stem from a crash that occurred on Ensign Road back in December of 2024, when Hudson was passing a vehicle and struck a scooter operated by Timothy Byler, severely injuring his arm.
Hudson's BAC was .113, which is well above the legal limit of .08.
