The East Liverpool Police are reporting that the on-ramp to US 30 under the Newell Toll Bridge is closed on Wednesday after a semi-tractor-trailer overturned, blocking the road.

The detour is State Route 11 North at the cloverleaf onramp until the road can be reopened.
