MAHONING & SHENANGO VALLEYS - Winter road conditions have caused several school closures throughout the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys on Tuesday, December 2. In addition, multiple events are being canceled as well.

MAHONING COUNTY:

- Holy Family's CCD program is canceled Tuesday, December 2.

- PERI Chapter 18's noon luncheon at the Avion on the Water Banquet Center has been canceled.

- All branches of The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County will have adjusted hours, opening at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

MERCER COUNTY:

-  The Grove City Area Meals on Wheels program will be closed Tuesday, December 2.

LAWRENCE COUNTY:

- The New Castle Police Department's Shop with a Cop event has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

- Bingo at the Cathedral, 110 E. Lincoln Ave., New Castle, PA is cancelled Tuesday, December 2 due to inclement weather.
