Eric Wolford is staying in the Southeast Conference.

The veteran assistant coach is heading to LSU to join Lane Kiffin's staff.

Wolford, a former Youngstown State head coach was at Kentucky for two seasons prior to Mark Stoops dismissal earlier this week.

Wolford has been at an offensive line coach at South Carolina, Kentucky & Alabama and with the San Francisco 49ers.

He was the head coach for the Penguins for five seasons and 31-26
