CANFIELD A Canfield animal welfare organization will hold its 24th Annual Antique, Collectibles and Christmas Sale on Friday on West South Range Road.

Angels for Animals will hold the kickoff to their sale season from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Andrews Hall, selling donated items to help their cause.

In a news release, the organization stated that events like the Christmas sale would not be possible without the volunteers dedicating their time.

"We are grateful for our many volunteers who help with these events. All of these individuals work very hard to make this sale a success. Treasures can be found for
everyone!" the release states. "We could never continue such successful fundraising efforts without volunteers such as Michelle Weaver, Susie Cope and Denise Miller."

The "early bird" sale begins Friday, with a $5 donation required for entry, with appetizers and beverages provided.

The antique and collectibles sale continues:

  • Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
