YOUNGSTOWN - 21 News has learned the identity of the Youngstown Police Department officer placed on leave following a search warrant on her home by the FBI.

According to a letter from YPD Lieutenant Brian Butler, Detective Sergeant Jessica Shields was placed on paid administrative leave until further notice following a search warrant executed by the FBI on Thursday, December 11.

The letter does not specify the nature of the FBI's investigation.
