YOUNGSTOWN - The City of Youngstown has lifted its snow emergency declaration and parking ban.

Youngstown Street Superintendent Kevin Flinn tells 21 News that the snow emergency and parking ban have been lifted effective 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16.

Flinn says crews will still rerun the side streets to make sure no other issues arise.

The snow emergency and parking ban had been in effect since 12 a.m. Monday, December 15.
