Village of Washingtonville receives $53,000+ loan for new water storage tank
The village received a total of $53,729.75 at 4.45% for five years for the design of a new 100,000-gallon water storage tank on High Street to replace the existing one, which has exceeded its useful life.

WASHINGTONVILLE, Ohio - The Village of Washingtonville in Columbiana County has received a five-year loan for the design of a new water storage tank.
According to a press release, the village received a total of $53,729.75 at 4.45% for five years for the design of a new 100,000-gallon water storage tank on High Street to replace the existing one, which has exceeded its useful life.
This is part of $29.5 million in financing from the Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) for wastewater and drinking water improvements across Ohio.
The loans were approved for 11 projects throughout nine Ohio counties.
