Tsilimos resigns as head football coach at Wellsville

Wellsville High School announced Jim Tsilimos has resigned as head football coach.
Tsilimos led the Tigers program for one season going 0-10.
In a press release, Tsilimos stated he has "run out of gas and is unable to make the significant time commitment necessary to continue building and improving the football program at this stage."
Tsilimos continued, "I am thankful for the players, the coaching staff, and the Wellsville community for embracing me."
Wellsville will begin the process of finding its next head football coach in the coming months.
The Hall of Fame coach won a state championship with Lisbon in 1995. He led the Blue Devils to 147 wins, the most in school history.
