A fatal crash occurred Thursday evening on Route 422 in Pulaski Township, according to township dispatch.

The crash was called in at 5:08 p.m. after a truck appeared to have struck a tree near Hillsville Road. 

Dispatchers confirmed the driver died at the scene. Authorities have not released whether there were any other occupants in the vehicle as of Thursday evening.
