The Trumbull County Tourism has recognized Jordan Taylor for his long-standing service on the organization's Board of Directors, including multiple leadership roles that the organization stated have helped advance tourism across the area.

Taylor, current treasurer for the organization and Scrappers' Executive Vice President, has been an active voice for sports tourism, community partnerships and regional collaboration, according to a news release from Trumbull County Tourism. 

"As we close out 2025, we are incredibly grateful to Jordan for his years of dedicated service," CEO of Trumbull County Tourism Beth Kotwis Carmichael stated.

Taylor has spent 24 years with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and has also served as vice president and board member for the Trumbull 100, a community organization.

"His leadership, perspective, and passion for our county have been instrumental in promoting all that Trumbull County has to offer, from hometown baseball to small businesses and community events," Carmichael stated.
