The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County (PLYMC) East Branch will be closed from Dec. 22 to Jan. 3. 

The East Library, located at 430 Early Rd., will be closed as part of the ongoing facility improvement plan, the library said in a news release.

The East branch of PLYMC was built in 2009, with PLYMC having 14 branches across Mahoning County.
