PERRY TOWNSHIP, Mercer Co. Pa - A Mercer County man is facing multiple child sex charges after police say he sexually assaulted two children.

According to a criminal complaint, an investigation into 24-year-old Jordan Silvis began in November after a woman told police Silvis admitted to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl to her.

During the investigation, police spoke to the girl's mother, who told officers they were visiting a home on the 400 block of Fredonia Road in Perry Township that Silvis had been staying at.

The mother told police that after they left the house, her daughter told her that Silvis had inappropriately touched her. Police say the alleged victim's five-year-old brother was also in the room at the time of the incident.

Police then spoke with the five-year-old brother, who told officers Silvis touched his "no-no square" while he and his sister were playing with toys in a room with Silvis.

Police say Silvis performed an oral sex act on the boy and touched his buttocks.

Meanwhile, the alleged female victim told police that Silvis had followed her into the bathroom and touched her "no-no square" and showed her a video on his phone of himself inappropriately touching another female child.

According to court records, Silvis is charged with two third-degree felony counts of corruption of minors, as well as one third-degree felony count of disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor, one first-degree felony count of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child and two first-degree misdemeanor counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.

Silvis was arraigned on December 11 and is due back in court on Monday, December 22 for a preliminary hearing.
