A semi-truck driver was taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after crashing on State Route 11.

Just after 5:00 a.m. the driver went off the road, near the interchange with Route 46 in Columbiana County. The semi-cab hit a pillar, damaging the front end of the truck. Ohio State Highway Patrol says the driver was transported to St. Elizabeth's hospital in Youngstown with minor injuries.


It's unclear what led up to the crash.
