YOUNGSTOWN - A man who was found guilty of murdering a man in Youngstown in 2023 learned his fate on Monday.

An employee at Judge Anthony D'Apolito's court tells 21 News that 36-year-old Mickele Glenn was sentenced to 29 to 34 years to life in prison on two counts of murder and one count of aggravated burglary.

A jury found Glenn guilty of these charges earlier in December.

Glenn was convicted in connection with the murder of 52-year-old Edward Lewis in a home on Oneta Street in November of 2023. Police found Lewis's body near a bathroom with several spent shell casings nearby.

It wasn't until April of 2025 that Glenn was secretly indicted and subsequently arrested in connection with Lewis's death.
