YOUNGSTOWN - The incoming 52nd mayor of Youngstown, Derrick McDowell, is inviting the community to attend the swearing-in ceremony.

His inauguration will take place on Thursday, January 1, at 1:00 p.m. in East High School's main auditorium.

The doors will open at 12:30 p.m., and the event is free and open to the public.

East High School is located at 474 Bennington Avenue in Youngstown.
