Lisbon police officer suspended for alleged inappropriate conversations with minor
An adult female informed Lisbon police that officer Shawn Reynolds was allegedly having conversations with a juvenile female he had friend requested on Snapchat. Police say these conversations were sexual in nature.

LISBON, Ohio - An officer with the Lisbon Police Department has been suspended for alleged inappropriate conversations with a minor.
According to a news release, an adult female informed Lisbon police that officer Shawn Reynolds was allegedly having conversations with a juvenile female he had friend requested on Snapchat. Police say these conversations were sexual in nature.
Reynolds was suspended on December 29 for gross inefficiency, gross incompetency, immoral conduct, neglect of duty and conduct unbecoming of an officer while an administrative investigation was being conducted.
The investigation has since been turned over to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force to determine if any criminal charges will be filed.
