Aluminum manufacturer opens new headquarters in North Jackson
Once completed, the commerce park is expected to feature five buildings offering more than 500,000 square feet of industrial space.

NORTH JACKSON, Ohio - An aluminum building products manufacturer has officially opened a new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in North Jackson as part of the company’s 30th anniversary expansion.
Shapes Unlimited Inc. is now operating out of an 80,000-square-foot facility at 13001 Mahoning Ave. The move consolidates the company's executive offices, fabrication operations, warehousing, and logistics under a single roof.
The new building is the first phase of the North Jackson Commerce Park, a 45-acre development by Top Property Holdings. The site is situated less than a mile from Interstates 76 and 80. Once completed, the commerce park is expected to feature five buildings offering more than 500,000 square feet of industrial space.
Shapes Unlimited manufactures and distributes aluminum fencing, railing, window reinforcements, and other specialty building components. According to a company press release, the new facility includes high-speed fabrication lines, robotic equipment, and updated material handling systems designed to increase efficiency.
"Our new headquarters isn’t just a new building, it’s a strategic investment in our future, while evidencing our commitment to the Mahoning Valley," said Doug Rende, CEO of Shapes Unlimited.
Founded in 1996, the company serves builders and distributors across the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest.
Before the move, Shapes Unlimited operated out of facilities located at 590 E. Western Reserve Road in Boardman.
The new North Jackson headquarters consolidates operations that were previously housed at that location.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility is scheduled for 11 a.m. Jan. 20.
