WARREN - A Warren woman pled guilty on Thursday to her role in a vape store robbery from July of 2025.

An employee at Judge Ronald Rice's court tells 21 News 19-year-old Alivia Spitzer (pictured above on right) pled guilty to one count of robbery in connection with a robbery at Vapor Kings on Elm Road NE in July of 2025.

According to a report from the Warren Police Department, a suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black ski mask rode up to the store on a motorized scooter, went inside and demanded items from the cahsier at gunpoint.

Police say two jars of hemp flower and a carton of cigars were stolen from the store.

Police identified the armed suspect as a juvenile and identified Spitzer and co-defendant Kelly Sexton (pictured above on left) as the ones who drove the suspect to and from the store.

No sentencing date has been set for Spitzer yet. Meanwhile, Sexton is due back in court for a pretrial hearing on January 27.
