YOUNGSTOWN Youngstown State University announced Monday that all in-person classes have been canceled or moved online until noon on Tuesday, Jan. 20. 

While the campus will remain open, the Penguin Alert sent to students stated that the classes have been adjusted due to forecasted severe temperatures.
