Firefighters were called out during Tuesday morning’s single-digit temperatures after a fire was reported at a mobile home in Boardman.

A call came into the dispatch center just after 6:30 a.m. that a fire had broken out in a mobile home at Boardman Manor, located along South Avenue.

Investigators say the fire originated in some electrical wires, and they managed to keep the flames from spreading.

No one was hurt.

The air temperature at the time of the fire was just one degree above zero.
