The alleged assistant fire chief of the Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department was arrested and booked on a charge of engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

According to a police report from the East Palestine Police Department, officers assisted an agent from the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force (MVHTT) on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Constantino was then taken to the Columbiana County Jail, where he was booked on charges of engaging in prostitution (M1) and possessing criminal tools (M1).

He was arraigned on January 20 in the Columbiana County Municipal Court, where he entered a plea of not guilty.
