Delivery driver reports being robbed at vacant Youngstown home

Youngstown Police are investigating after a food delivery driver said she was robbed at gunpoint at a vacant South Side house Sunday night.
Officers with the Youngstown Police Department were called to a home on West Delason Avenue around 10:30 p.m. A driver told investigators she was delivering a DoorDash order when a man wearing a mask met her at the door.
The man told the driver he was getting cash for the order and closed the door. Two other men then appeared from the sides of the house with guns and held them against her back. The first man reopened the door, holding a rifle, and the group forced the driver into the basement at gunpoint.
The men told the victim to stay in the basement for 10 minutes. They then fled in the driver's black 2008 Kia Spectra.
The driver eventually left the basement and called 911. She told police all three men wore black clothing and masks, which prevented her from providing a detailed description.
Officers searched the house and found it was vacant with unlocked doors. They noted faint footprints in the backyard but did not find any security cameras in the area.
The vehicle has been listed as stolen. No injuries were reported at the scene.
