WARREN - A convicted sex offender in Warren has entered a guilty plea in a child sexual abuse material case on Wednesday.

Twenty-five-year-old Kyle Lyons pled guilty to a charge of pandering obscenity involving a minor. He was then sentenced to four to six years in prison. Once released, he must register as a Tier 3 sex offender.

According to court records, Lyons's conduct occurred in November of 2024, and he was arrested in September of 2025.

Lyons had previously been convicted of three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material in October of 2022. 

In that case, he was sentenced to two to three years in prison and was released on parole in October of 2024. You can read more about the 2022 case here.
