Case of Leetonia woman accused of making bomb threat to school bound to grand jury

LEETONIA, Ohio - The case of a woman accused of making a bomb threat to Leetonia High School is now in the hands of a grand jury.
According to court records, the case of 36-year-old Erin McGuire was bound over to the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas, where a grand jury will decide whether or not there is enough evidence to indict her.
McGuire is charged with a first-degree felony count of making terroristic threats after allegedly driving up to the school, yelling about bus routes and teachers and threatening to blow up the school.
Police say around the same time, McGuire left a voicemail complaining about bus routes.
According to a police report, when police showed up to her house, McGuire asked if they were there about the bomb threat, and during an interview, police say she admitted that she knew what she said was wrong.
