Struthers man accused of itentionally lighting detached garage on fire

STRUTHERS - A Struthers man is behind bars after allegedly setting fire to a detached garage.
According to a police report, officers were called to a home on Reed Street near the intersection with State Street for a detached garage fire. The home was unoccupied at the time.
When police got there, they found a man, identified as 69-year-old Joey Siwula, who police say was acting suspiciously. Officers believe Siwula may have been involved in starting the fire.
Police detained and arrested Siwula, who is facing felony charges of arson and breaking and entering, as well as a misdemeanor charge of misconduct at an emergency.
His bond was set at $15,000, and he is due back in court on January 28.
