People living in 100 homes on Youngstown's North Side spent a couple of hours in the dark overnight because of a traffic accident.

A car struck a utility pole at Jefferson Street and Oakland Avenue just after 2 a.m. Thursday.

When the police arrived, they found that the car had driven away.

Police still haven't found the driver.

Power was back on by 4 a.m.
