Mercer County, Pa. - Drivers who travel along Route 19 in Mercer County are warned that there will be lane restrictions next week.

Due to an overhead railroad bridge inspection taking place on Wednesday, January 28, Route 19 in Coolspring Township will become one lane for traffic to travel through.

The railroad bridge is located over Route 19 between Holmes Road and Rodgers Hill Road.

The inspection will take place from approximately 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Flaggers will be placed to control and lead traffic past the work area.

PennDOT is reminding motorists to slow down when driving in a work zone and to be prepared to stop when approaching the area for your safety and the safety of the workers.
