YOUNGSTOWN - Police responded to an incident at a Youngstown Dollar General Thursday evening after receiving a "call for service". 

By 6:30p.m. the doors of the store, located off of Mahoning Avenue, were locked and customers were unable to get in. Several police vehicles could be seen in the parking lot of the Dollar General, with officers also visible inside the store.

Youngstown Police Department told 21 News the investigation into the incident is ongoing.

It is unclear what happened at the Dollar General or when it will reopen.
