YOUNGSTOWN - The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County (PLYMC) has announced that all of its branches will remain closed on Tuesday, January 27 due to inclement weather.

As of this writing, all PLYMC branches are set to reopen on Wednesday, January 28.
