Cars and trucks are moving again following an accident over the Meander Reservoir that snarled westbound traffic along Interstate 80.

The crash occurred after 7:30 a.m. Wednesday on the bridge crossing the reservoir.

The highway was described as a "sheet of ice" at the time of the accident, and ODOT trucks were dispatched to salt the surface.

Traffic was backed up beyond the Route 46 interchange for more than an hour while First Responders worked to clear the wreckage.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating. Troopers say no one was injured.
